Offer's description
With the Vulkanus Generation 2, the performance of the proven sharpener has been further optimized. The sharpening inserts were revised in terms of material and shape so that their service life was increased three times and the sharpening result could be refined. The sharpening angle has been extended to a range of 11 degrees to 21 degrees. A sharpening shaft widened at the top makes it easier to attach the knives. The rod springs are hidden in the new generation and their contact pressure has been increased significantly. In addition, the sharpening elements are now much easier to replace if necessary. Thanks to the widened sharpening rods, no cuts could occur under the sharpening inserts, even when the knife blade was subjected to higher pressure! The result is a much higher sharpening performance.
