Model plastic Vickers Wellington Mk.IA/C 1/72
The twin-engine bomber Vickers Wellington entered service with the RAF in the 99th squadron in Mildenhall in October 1938. The production aircraft bore little resemblance to the prototype and was an aircraft that every potential enemy feared. The aircraft's fuselage was relatively lightweight and characterized by great durability. Although the construction method posed a challenge for companies manufacturing Wellington bombers, the inherent strength proved crucial when the aircraft was thrown into combat.
