LARGE SILICONE BAKING MAT 30x40cm
- HAS MICRO PERFORATIONS - this mat has micro perforations, which means faster heat distribution and moisture evaporation. Thanks to the holes, heat spreads evenly across the surface of the mat, ensuring excellent baking results both on top and bottom.
- DOUBLE-SIDED - the mat is double-sided. On one side there is a printed pattern of an “elongated” biscuit type eclair, sponge, which facilitates laying out the dough for cookies. The other side is without a pattern.
- SILICONE WITH GLASS FIBER - the mat is made from silicone with a fiberglass core which means it withstands both high and low temperatures. The mat is non-stick, meaning you do not need to use additional baking paper while baking.
- NON-SLIP - the structure of the mat is non-slip, it does not slide over the countertop, tray, or rack when applying the dough.
