The stove is equipped with a sliding flap integrated on the fireplace.
The fire clay in the stove not only protects the stove body from exhaustion, but also contributes to increased efficiency and better cleaning of the glass from soot. Fire clay bricks help raise the temperature inside the kiln, which means more complete combustion of firewood. Therefore, in chamotte-lined stoves, there is always less ash in the ash box. The chamotte also accumulates heat, so the oven stays hot longer.
The stove door is sealed, it has a heat-resistant sealing cord both around the perimeter of the sheet and around the perimeter of the glass. This allows a well-dosed air supply to the oven, which is the most important factor affecting the duration of combustion.
