Intelligent operating modes: Advanced microprocessor control functions offer a number of benefits to users:
Constant Voltage: By ensuring a constant voltage during charging, our system monitors the charging current, preventing it from increasing too much and decreasing it when necessary.
Constant Current: Our charger maintains a constant charging current even when the battery voltage is below the set level, guaranteeing efficient and safe charging.
Trickle Charge Modulation: Once the battery is charged, the system switches to floating charge mode, automatically monitoring the state of charge and topping it up with minimal voltage drop.
Floating Charge Modulation: This mode keeps the battery fully charged, preventing it from draining even after the charging process is complete.
With these smart features, our devices guarantee efficient and safe charging of batteries, extending their life and ensuring reliable operation.
8-step charging
PHASE 1: DIAGNOSIS: Thorough examination of the battery, assessment of the charge level and checking the connections between the battery and the charger.
PHASE 2: SULFATE REMOVAL: Detect sulfation in the battery, use low-voltage, high-current pulsed current to remove sulfate from the battery plates, restoring the battery to its original capacity.
PHASE 3: ANALYSIS: Checking the condition of the battery and the possibility of accepting the charging current - prevents charging of a defective battery.
PHASE 4: SOFT START: If the battery is in good condition, charging with a relatively low current (about 15%) will begin, gradually increasing its value.
PHASE 5: BASE CHARGE: Charge at a maximum current of constant current, which automatically adjusts to the state of charge of the battery until it reaches 80% of the battery's capacity.
PHASE 6: FINAL CHARGE: Charge with decreasing current and constant voltage until the battery reaches 100% capacity.
PHASE 7: ANALYSIS: A test lasting approximately 2 minutes to check the battery charge level - if the charge level does not decrease after charging is complete, the charging process is complete.
PHASE 8: PULSING: Monitoring the battery voltage and maintaining the optimal charge level (95-100% capacity) through charging current pulses.
