Cold extracted and only by mechanical procedures, this superior category EVOO combines olives of the Arbequina and Picual varieties, achieving a perfect balance between softness, freshness and character.
Bright golden green in colour, it offers aromas of fresh olives, green almonds and herbaceous nuances on the nose. On the palate it is fruity, with a smooth texture and a slight final spiciness characteristic of high quality oils.
Ideal for eating raw, salads, toasts, cold dishes and gourmet cuisine.
