? How does it work?
To fill the grinder, unscrew the knob with the marking "P" (pepper) or "S" (salt), and then remove the top part of the grinder. After refilling the grinder with the appropriate spice, put the top part back on and screw the knob back in place. The knob also serves as a grinding thickness adjustment, allowing you to adjust the coarseness of the spices to your liking.
