Cultists seek to bring forth primordial evil. The full, true nature of the Black Goat of the Woods is not entirely known. It is only known that her Cultists want the world to return to much more primordial times and are willing to sacrifice anyone who stands in their way. Following the Black Goat of the Woods are a thousand Dark Young, moving like an avalanche against all who oppose them. The Cthulhu: Death May Die expansion - The Black Goat of the Woods adds another Great Old One to Cthulhu: Death May Die. Players can choose her as their adversary when creating any Scenario. The Black Goat of the Woods primarily operates by summoning Dark Young, which grow in strength due to the effects of their Mythos cards. Investigators can expect a truly tough ordeal. Cthulhu: Death May Die is a heavily thematic cooperative scenario game for 1 to 5 players based on the literature of H.P. Lovecraft. Players take on the roles of Investigators, possessing unique skills and types of Insanity, who fight against Cultists and Monsters to finally confront the Great Old One. As time goes on, they will gradually sink deeper into madness, which although strengthens their abilities, will inevitably bring them closer to death. Attention! This is not a standalone game! The base version of the game: Cthulhu: Death May Die (Polish edition) is required to play.
