Flux, gel 14 ml AG - description
Flux gel is a concentrated rosin flux of RMA class designed for SMT assembly and repairs. Flux, gel can be applied through a sieve, stencil or from a syringe. Activators used for the production of flux allow its remnants after the soldering process to be left on the package (unless the production process includes the washing phase).
Features:- Contains: Rosin, succinic anhydride- Print life: 36 hours- Density at 80ºC: approx. 1.1 g/cm³- Retains stickiness for: 72 hours- Flash point: > 150 ºC- Solubility: does not dissolve in water- Excellent solderability on surfaces: Ag, Cu, Au, Zn, Cd and SnP- Capacity: 14cm3 (14ml)
