The device is designed for searching and identifying wires without disturbing the insulation. ? The set consists of: a transmitter and receiver module in black color. ? It searches for broken wires, points of damage, and tests the continuity of the wire.. ? It sends a continuous or modulated signal for identifying the selected wire in the cable bundle. ? The high sensitivity of the device allows operation with multi-pair cables (up to 100 pairs). ? It is recommended for test accuracy that the device should be used on wires disconnected from other active devices. ? Connection to the cable through RJ-11 connectors or crocodile clips. ? The receiver has audible signaling with volume control. ? Ability to use a headset connected to the mini-jack socket on the receiver. ? The device has a very solid protective case. ? The receiver and transmitter are powered by two 6F22 9V batteries (included).
