P-51D Mustang
A true legend of the skies, the American Mustang P-51D fighter, was recreated by us using 150 COBI building blocks. We decided on a completely new 1:48 scale for World War II fighters. Now you can easily build a guard for your huge COBI bombers! In the set you will find only high-quality prints referring to the historical painting of the aircraft. The North American P-51 Mustang was an American single-engine fighter of the Second World War. It was produced at North American Aviation plants in the USA. It was successfully used by the U.S. and allied air forces during World War II and during the Korean War. A very successful design from 1940 meant that the aircraft was constantly developed until 1986! During 46 years, about 15-16 thousand Mustangs were produced. Currently, many of these machines are in private hands. To this day, Mustangs are eagerly used in demonstration flights and sports competitions.
