With the Italian-made COCALIME from Montenegro Srl., a multifaceted liqueur is now represented on the German market that has it all: The highlight of this trend spirit is the unique composition of coca leaves, mint and green limes, which promises a taste experience of a special kind and also convinces every connoisseur aesthete right away with its appearance with its deep, emerald-tinted color. Unlike conventional liqueurs, Cocalime presents itself exceptionally modern and stylish - despite its more than 100 years of tradition.
In keeping with its fresh and surprising character, COCALIME is aimed at urban consumers who appreciate its individuality and want to tickle their senses with new stimuli. Visually by the captivating deep green colour and the sophisticated avant-garde design of the bottle – olfactory by its intense and persistent fragrance – gustatory by its lime-fresh and mint note with a hint of coca leaves. The result is a holistic, artistic composition of colour, fragrance, aroma and taste.
COCALIME owes its unmistakable aroma and high quality to a careful and strictly controlled manufacturing process. The coca leaves, which come from the Andean countries of Bolivia, Peru and Colombia, are infused in a six-day process and soaked in alcohol. The quintessence is finally mixed with alcohol again and then cooled to -5°C. After filtering, the mixture is matched with natural lime and mint aromas in perfect proportion. In accordance with its juvenile and modern character, the COCALIME is finally bottled in artfully designed 0.5l bottles.
Due to its multifaceted nature and the invigorating effect of the coca leaves, the 20% liqueur is ideal for pure enjoyment as an aperitif - well chilled on ice. But also as a long drink with tonic water or as a cleverly mixed champagne cocktail with a dash of blueberry juice, the fascination of this spirit quickly reveals itself.
