Universal, medium ceramic milling cutter in the shape of a ball that fits all milling machines with a "twist & lock" head. The cutter perfectly removes dead skin cells and prepares the nail plate for treatments. It gently removes excess cosmetic, without heating up, which eliminates discomfort.
