Concorde is a supersonic turbojet passenger aircraft.
It was a product of the idea of supersonic transport implemented by companies from France and Great Britain operating in concert. It was first flown in 1969. Seven years later, he was inducted into 27 years of service.
He flew mostly on Transatlantic routes. From London Heathrow (British Airways) and Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport (Air France) to JFK in New York and Dulles in Washington. It reached record speeds, the flight took half as long as in the case of traditional planes. Due to high production costs and expensive operation, only 20 copies were produced. The last flight of Concorde took place on November 26, 2003.
The COBI building block model depicts the Concorde G-BBDG supersonic passenger aircraft. It was a test model in the colors of British Airways. It flew test flights for several years, never entered service. Over time, it began to be used as a base for spare parts for regularly flying machines. Since 2003, the aircraft has been an exhibit at the Brooklands Museum (Weybridge).
The brick model of the Concorde aircraft has been accurately reproduced using as many as 455 parts. High-quality prints and stickers do not wear off even when you play intensively. The plane was equipped with retractable landing gear. When the wheels are extended, they can be turned. The rudder is also movable.
The model looks very good and will certainly meet the expectations of aviation enthusiasts, collectors and children alike.
