Gel flux is a concentrated RMA-grade rosin flux designed for SMT assembly and repairs. The flux gel can be applied through a sieve, template or syringe. Activators used in the production of flux allow its residues after the soldering process to be left on the package (unless the production process includes a washing phase).
Features:
- Contains: Rosin, amber anhydride
- Shelf life: 36 hours
- Density at 80C: approx. 1.1 g/cm
- Retains stickiness for: 72 hours
- Flash point: > 150 C
- Solubility: does not dissolve in water
- Excellent solderability on Ag, Cu, Au, Zn, Cd and SnP surfaces
- Capacity: 14cm3 (14ml)
